Thank you for shopping with Omega Wellness. We’re proud to ship our products nationwide within New Zealand.

Processing Times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.

Rural delivery: please allow an extra 2–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside of our control.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on item weight, and your location.

Rural delivery surcharges may apply.

Free delivery is available on feed orders in the Bay of Islands area.

 

Local Collection

Orders can be collected from our property in the Bay of Islands by appointment only. As we are often working with Spinal Flow clients, please book a collection time in advance and respect your appointment.

Important Information

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Omega Wellness is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@omegawellness.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
