Lynnette's spinal flow treatments have been a game-changer for my horses. Her gentle, intuitive approach and deep understanding of equine anatomy bring noticeable improvements in their movement and general well-being - sometimes I can visually see such a difference from the beginning of the session to the end. After just a few sessions my boys were more relaxed and balanced. Lynnette's professionalism and genuine care for animals make her an exceptional practitioner.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking to enhance their horse's health and performance.

Spinal Flow is a wonderful modality for any living being with a brain and spine. Horses present a particular set of challenges, because humans by and large ask them to do a job their skeletal system is not set up to do. Without getting into tack fit or even training issues, the simplicity of how their spine works in motion and the information that is fed to it down their spinal cord from the brain often hampered most, by us.
Over the last few decades my passion for the horse, breeding them, riding them, being their therapist in all honesty being fairly obsessed by them; something that serves me well in many areas of my life is my visual understanding of rightness and wrongness in how humans and horses travel over the earth. This ability is innate, compelling and something I've further developed over the years as my understanding of anatomy and biomechanics has deepened. Yet another obsession.
When I discovered Spinal Flow for my own healing and took a deep dive into the spine and nervous system it felt like the culmination and coalescence of everything I was looking for. Both for myself, my students, family and my beloved horses and horse clients.
Spinal Flow is different in that it allows the animal to use its own innate wisdom to repair and align itself. Sometimes instantly and sometimes it takes much longer. Many things depend on husbandry, hoof balance, nutrition and the load horses are carrying BUT despite all the challenges Spinal Flow still works brilliantly. The challenge for horse owners is the number of treatments it can take to visualise results. As it is a holistic treatment and the horse can only unwind in its own time which depends on all the above variables, it is not suited to a time honoured paradigm: of treat a horse every six weeks and keep putting it back together as we continue to fix only symptoms and not treat cause.
Spinal Flow is not limited to horses and humans—it can also be incredibly beneficial for companion animals like dogs. Just like horses, dogs rely on a flexible, well-aligned spine to move freely and maintain overall health. Whether your dog is young and growing, an active sporting or working dog, or a senior experiencing stiffness or mobility issues, Spinal Flow can help release tension, improve nervous system function, and support natural movement. Many pet owners notice calmer behaviour, increased comfort, and improved vitality in their dogs after regular sessions, making it a gentle, holistic way to care for their four-legged family members.
As such I am available to assist and give an assessment which will entail a comprehensive health questionnaire, just as the humans fill out. Then the treatment plan can be discussed along with challenges presented and how far the owner is prepared to go to find full health for their horse.
My aim in early 2026 is to offer the ability to take horses here on the property for intensive treatment regimes where they will be able to be treated multiple times per day for optimal results (fitted around my human clinic and lessons here). I have been working on this with some horses during my training with phenomenal success. Righting pelvis alignment. Dragging hind legs resolved, scoliosis in spines righting themselves, similar to results found in humans. This requires intensive treatment and care with the right follow-up support for owners.
The optimal process for return to full health is dependent on full assessment, as much history as possible. For the ridden horse it is essential that the owner/rider receives an assessment and spinal flow based on that to ensure they are not undoing the results of recovery going forward. I can also support this going forward starting the process here in the arena before the horse leaves to ensure the connection and consistency with rider when going home and follow up with regular lessons (if local here,) or online lessons if required. These lessons have a Spinal Flow focus while utilising my classical training background but always honouring the horse throughout.
While I have been working with a few students this year, results once rider and horse are balanced and are remarkable and speed up as balance in all gaits true for the horse.
If you require further information, please fill out the assessment questionnaire and I will be in contact.
By accessing 33 key points along the sacrum, spine, and cranium, Spinal Flow increases the spinal wave and moves the body from a stressed sympathetic state into a healing parasympathetic state. This process uses neuroplasticity to re-pattern the nervous system, creating space for better health, improved movement, and emotional balance.
Practitioners use Spinal Flow to gently release physical, emotional, and chemical blockages through the seven gateways of the spine, creating space for better movement, improved health, and lasting transformation.
Equine Spinal Flow - Watch for the release
I had Lynnette come and treat my horse Bonnie. Bonnie suffered an injury as a foal and has always had issues with her back right leg stemming from her sacrum, down into her stifle. After three treatments from Lynette, Bonnie is walking better. During one treatment, her rump lifted and she had a big stretch and she shifted all her weight over to her right leg. Bonnie really enjoys her gentle treatments with Lynnette and I believe it really helps her be more comfortable and heal.
